We’re thrilled to celebrate Billy Walker as our Employee of the Month!
Billy has been recognised by the team for his enthusiasm, positive attitude, and commitment to both the team and the young people. Always happy and cheery on shift, Billy goes above and beyond every day, including picking up extra shifts to support the home.
Management and staff alike have praised his initiative, detailed support sessions, and natural ability, even though he’s new to the role. He consistently backs up the team, supports young people in a trauma-informed way, and contributes brilliantly in meetings.
The relationships he’s built with the young people and the staff team are fantastic, and his dedication to training and his role is exemplary.

THE JJ EFFECT
Some of the Coastal Path Care team had the privilege of taking part in The JJ Effect and what an experience it was.
The session was incredibly well presented, thought-provoking, and truly engaging from start to finish. Byron delivered powerful message around knife crime that left a real impact on everyone in the room. His ability to share lived experience in such an honest and meaningful way is something you can’t replicate in a textbook, it’s the kind of training that stays with you.
The feedback from staff has been overwhelmingly positive. This is exactly the kind of real, relatable input our sector needs. We couldn’t recommend it enough, The JJ Effect is the real deal.
