A huge congratulations to Liam Clark, our Employee of the Month! 👏
Within the first few weeks of stepping into his Deputy Manager role, Liam went above and beyond — supporting both homes and stepping up with confidence and commitment while the Registered Manager was away. He truly held the fort, especially during a busy and challenging period, showing determination, reliability, and strong leadership when it mattered most.
Liam is incredibly child-focused, always putting young people at the heart of everything he does. He has built meaningful relationships with both staff and children, bringing positivity, laughter, and reassurance into the homes. His calm, supportive approach has had a real impact on team morale and day-to-day practice.
He has supported staff in every way possible, leading by example and playing a huge part in the success and stability of both homes. Liam is a true credit to the homes and the wider team, and we are incredibly lucky to have him. 🌟

🎄 SPREADING A LITTLE CHRISTMAS CHEER🎄
This Christmas, Coastal Path Care have partnered with Ryan Smith & Spencer Brown of Goldstar Promotions to collect and donate gifts, helping give children in need the Christmas they deserve.
The donations will support Brian House Charity, Blackpool, as well as other local families who may be finding this time of year difficult. We’re proud to be working together to support our community and help bring a little joy at Christmas time.
THE JJ EFFECT
Some of the Coastal Path Care team had the privilege of taking part in The JJ Effect and what an experience it was.
The session was incredibly well presented, thought-provoking, and truly engaging from start to finish. Byron delivered powerful message around knife crime that left a real impact on everyone in the room. His ability to share lived experience in such an honest and meaningful way is something you can’t replicate in a textbook, it’s the kind of training that stays with you.
The feedback from staff has been overwhelmingly positive. This is exactly the kind of real, relatable input our sector needs. We couldn’t recommend it enough, The JJ Effect is the real deal.

JM Training Academy
We’ve had the pleasure of two full days of training with James Morris at JM Training Academy!
Our team participated in sessions covering Missing from Home, County Lines, and Drugs & Alcohol Psychosis. The training was fantastic, packed with practical strategies, high-quality resources, and insightful discussion.
Our staff have already benefitted hugely from the learning, gaining valuable knowledge and tools to enhance their practice and support the young people in our care.
As always, James delivered the sessions with energy, expertise, and a wealth of knowledge — a truly engaging and impactful experience for all.
