We are delighted to announce Ste Betteridge as our Employee of the Month for September.
Ste has consistently shown dedication, commitment, and positivity in his role. He has built excellent relationships within the team and, most importantly, with the young people he supports. His calm, consistent approach has helped create a nurturing and safe environment, where young people feel valued and understood.
This month, Ste has been recognised not only by his colleagues but also by the young person, who has expressed many times that Ste truly deserves this recognition. Staff have praised the effort Ste puts into his work, his positive attitude, and his willingness to go the extra mile to support both the young people and his team.

THE JJ EFFECT
Some of the Coastal Path Care team had the privilege of taking part in The JJ Effect and what an experience it was.
The session was incredibly well presented, thought-provoking, and truly engaging from start to finish. Byron delivered powerful message around knife crime that left a real impact on everyone in the room. His ability to share lived experience in such an honest and meaningful way is something you can’t replicate in a textbook, it’s the kind of training that stays with you.
The feedback from staff has been overwhelmingly positive. This is exactly the kind of real, relatable input our sector needs. We couldn’t recommend it enough, The JJ Effect is the real deal.
