A Message from Our Directors
When we started Coastal Path Care, our vision was simple — to build something that felt like family. A place where both staff and young people feel genuinely supported, valued, and understood. That’s exactly what we’ve been working towards every day.
Having spent years working in residential care myself, I know how tough and rewarding this job can be. It’s why I’m so passionate about making sure our team feels appreciated and looked after. Whether it’s through things like private health cover, performance bonuses, or recognising great work with awards like Employee of the Month — we want every member of our team to feel seen and celebrated.
At Coastal Path Care, we believe that when you care for your team, they’re in the best place to care for the young people we support. That’s what it’s all about.
Dan Raynor
When Dan and I started Coastal Path Care, our goal was to create something different — a place that feels like home, where everyone is treated like family. We’ve both worked in this field for many years, so we know how demanding the job can be, and how important it is to feel supported and appreciated.
We’ve built a team that cares deeply, not just about the young people, but about each other too. From day one, we’ve made it a priority to offer real support — whether that’s through health insurance, bonuses, or simply recognising hard work and dedication through things like Employee of the Month.
We’re proud of the culture we’ve created at Coastal Path Care. It’s a place where people want to come to work, grow in their roles, and make a real difference. That’s what drives us every single day.
